Overview

Problem

Inkling had a new business strategy and product line, Learning Pathways, which impacted how the company began to prioritize product development. Our previous user personas did not match the characteristics, goals, needs, and challenges of this new user base.

Goal

Develop concise personas that reveal the nuances of our diverse customer & user base to help educate, align, and communicate about our users internally.

My Role

I led and collaborated with the Product and UX teams on the discovery research, discussion, and synthesis that went into providing the necessary learnings to create these personas. I was responsible for creating the persona content and cards.

Note, we created our user personas in Inkling’s proprietary authoring platform. What you see below is an embedded file of them.

HQ User Personas

The following set of users sat at our customers’ Home Office. They are primarily responsible for creating the training content sent out to the Field User personas.

The following users are the consumers of the content that HQ users create.
